System Error Code 1373: Cannot perform this operation on this built-in special user.

    Can anyone help with this code. I get it when trying to load my state tax forms with turbo-tax 2007.

    Error Code 1373: Cannot perform this operation on this built-in special user.

    I guess I should note, I looked this up and it is a windows system error, but there is no resolution for it or fix provided.

    Gonna provide a screenshot of it because I think it is kinda weird the way it displays and may be beneficial to troubleshooting the problem.
