   My system is getting stuck frequently, i have formatted the hard disk 2 times and installed antivirus and ran it but still..so how can i avoid this

   Could you please give us the specifications of your computer including Operating System Vista or Xp etc. When you say 'Stuck' do you mean it 'Freezes' or you have a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) do your fans keep spinning and mobo lights on and have you an error code ????
