    Which one is better

I am currently using Norton but thinking of making the switch
This is what I use Norton for
    win doctor (reg fixer )
    System doctor (sensors)
    Speed disk ( defrag)
    Ghost (back ups)

Any thought you guys have would be greatly appreciated
    thx

Does Norton do all you want to?

If so your prolly not best switching. I know for a fact Ghost is the best of its kinda in err ghosting backups :)

Haven't used System mechanic 4, but have used Norton Sytem Works for years, many versions on many of my PC's as I have upgraded my old PC's and bought new ones. Happy with System Works. Had trouble with an early edition of Ghost as it could not distinguish between 2 identical hard drives, make and model, in that version. Never used it since. Probably fixed up in later releases, though. Stick with Nortons if you are happy with it. I use most of the features you mentioned at least twice a week as part of my cleanup routine, for years now.
