System Mechanic 5.5 - How to uninstall?

    "Could not open INSTALL.LOG File" is the message i get when trying to uninstall this program. Don't see it running in the background. Anyone have same problem or solution?

    Try using registry cleaner. It will let you install from add/remove programs as well as all the registry files. You can aditionaly delete the folder that it's located in. It's probably corrupted anyway.

    Well, i've simply deleted the folder and then ran Easy Cleaner, JV16 Power Tools and TuneUp Utilities. Now that should do the trick (i hope!).

    Not particular fond of removing a program in this manner. First time on this laptop.

    If the problem is still there or you have a similar problem in the future, then just install the program again and then uninstall it.
