System Process Spiking

The "SYSTEM" process in the task manager randomly spikes to ~25% CPU usage. It is almost always this number and when I play games, my FPS drops intermittently. I've already confirmed it is not a virus/malware problem. Also, I'm not sure if this will help, but I was able to grab the stack via Process Explorer:
