System upgrade (hopeful) Questions.

    I am hopefully upgrading my system soon! need a few questions answered.

    I want to go from an XP2800 to an 64X2 5000 CPU and a ATI 9500 pro video to a ATI 3750 video Board. I going to use a ASUS M2R32-MVP mother board with 2 gig ddr2 800 memory.

    The questions are I have a 420 watt power supply Thermaltake HPC-420-102-DF
    is this going to be big enough to run the new set up?

    I am currently running water cooling on my CPU and Video card, Will my current
    blocks fit or will I need new blocks?
