SystemDefender Malware and I can't access my C or D Drive

So a few days ago I let a friend use my laptop. Apparently he downloaded some ActiveX popup that got downloaded onto my computer. A few days later I start it from Hibernating and 1/2 of my icons are gone, there's an E drive in the My Computer folder entitled "Swap", my computer is running extremely slow, I'm getting security popups from something called SystemDefender, I can't access my Task Manager, I can only access my Start menu 1/2 the time and when I can do that I can only see the program files (control panel, search, run, etc. are gone). I restart my comuter a couple of times and see nothing at all but my wallpaper. I finally get it to boot up again and my clock is running in military time with a big VIRUS ALERT! next to it. I manage to access Spybot: Search and Destroy but that only slightly speeds up my computer and allows me to access my Task Manager, besides that all the same problems are there. Help!
