Trying to help a friend out here. She is using windows xp. She ran microsoft security essentials full scan, she told me that the logo was orange when it was scanning, after the scan was done, it went back to green. Her computer restarted, got some kind of fatal error message, blue screen, and it said that system's log in has been shut down. Now she can't get on anything. Any idea where I can start to help her out? Thanks for the help.
