Targus Remote Mouse

    I purchased a Targus PO205USZ USB remote mouse to use in making power point presentations using Dell Inspiron 1501/ XP. Supposed to be plug and play. My computer recognizes new hardware and keeps repeating driver installation over and over. In the meantime can't get device to work. Any suggestions?
