taskmgr.exe-application error

    "taskmgr.exe - application error


    The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000012d). Click OK to terminate the aplication."
    anyone have any idea why this keeps happening to me? and another question, why does my page file jump to like 800 megs after i start my computer, or is this normal, im running xp pro
