temp sensor install

i recently purchased a new case-

I currently have it shipped on its way back to newegg.com because it arrived with the top of the box actually open and its front broken off. hopefully theyll ship a replacement that arrives in slightly better condition.

but to what I need help with - it comes with a Blue Lighting temperature display and no manual to show how to properly install the sensor to read the CPU temp. I've never messed with temp sensors before so any help would be appreciated.

 

You can try sliding it under the heatsink next to the CPU but MAKE SURE it doesn't go in between the core and the heatsink.

For some reason I can find nothing on google concerning this topic... hmm.
