Teslacrypt Ransomware

I've made it through dealing with this awful Teslacrypt ransomware. I've run Hitman and Malwarebytes and am sure the main bad stuff is gone but whenever I boot up I get two command prompt errors saying windows cannot find two of the files that were ransomware. Is this an entry in the registry? How do I find out where it is?

Also, it will not work with the MP3. If you don't have good backups then start getting your bitcoins together.
