   I'm familiar with all the reasons to use an ESD (grounding) strap. I have a couple of them, not used much, but several years old. How can I reliably test that the ESD straps still work?
   
   

   • Should a continuity tester be able to do it?
   • A multi-meter?
   • What about ESD strap testers?

   
   Please don't guess if you don't know.
