The connection has timed out - cannot load websites

    I am running Win7 and cannot load several websites, the main one being tinyurl.
    I have disconnected the antivirus and not sure about a firewall. I followed the various recommendations on the site using about:config and still cannot get the websites to load. I am using FF but IE gets the same results. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (The browers work fine on all the main websites that I use.) ThaNKS, jticks
