I get this message

The service 'Print Spooler' is preventing the machine from entering standby. Try stopping this service and try again

when I try to go into standby.

I have activated WOL functionality and then this problem started.

What can I do?

The problem was very simple to fix!

When I tried to print a document last night, there was an old paper jam alarm, and when this was cancelled, an old print job started!

So the problem was an unfinished print job in the spooler.

Now everything works fine.
