The startup is weird

And by weird, I mean that it takes over 5 minutes to boot. It is most of the time just standing at the "Desktop" with only the backround, no icons or the start bar. The computer isn't frozen though, I can still go, for example, to task manager and start up processes there... But the windows for the processes do not show up.
Also, when the start bar comes up, I see that the system has put it to "old" style of windows. (You know, the grey.)

    I attached an HJT log.

Forgot to mention, I also "lost" my sound device (The system doesn't see it).

EDIT: And now it came back...
EDIT2: And the sound FX do not work...

I don't think that the basic maintenance will work, also I have scanned my computer recently with F-Secure.

I am currently trying to find the motherboard drivers...

You need to run the malware procedures READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide
and you can uninstall your version of HJT as it is already built into MGTools.exe which you will run as part of the process if this is what you choose to do. I would also like to point out to you that trying to fix non malware related issues while you are STILL actually infected with malware might be futile. It is best to clear up the baddies first and then you can make a start on troubleshooting what issues remain.

Further more a single HJT log may reveal some malware but much more could be hiding in your system, therefore other tools are required to dig deeper.

You need to ensure that you run EVERY tool from the procedures and not just MGTools. Also the steps should be run in order.

You should not have posted logs in this forum, a moderator will have to move your thread to malware removal (without my response attached so that you wait your turn in the queue)

I would advise you to run the steps IN ORDER... which does NOT mean running MGTools before other tools. All this is very cllearly explained in the R&R.

Well, here's the logs that came up.

I still think this is majorly an motherboard issue.

    1. Please disable UTorrent from running at start up whilst we are going through malware removal procedures :)

    2. Ensure that MGTools.exe is indeed directly on your C Drive and not anywhere like the below location:

    3. Put this machine into normal start up mode by using MSConfig before we continue if you havent done so already.

    4. Please go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall the following software:

    • Java(TM) 6 Update 17

    5. What can you tell me about this?

    • C:\Supck.sys

    6. And this is a file you created?

    • c:\documents and settings\Jaakko\JJ2.bat

I strongly advise you to cleanup your Desktop. Remove eveything but links to run programs. Do not download and save programs here and defintely do not use it for long term storage.

You need to keep ComboFix.exe here for now as we need it, but we will be removing it when we are finished with your cleanup. A cluttered Desktop is malware's playground and it can also cause performance degradation especially when you start saving large files here.

    7. Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

NOTE: HJT may popup an error about the AppInit_DLLs line. Ignore it and click OK to continue.

    After clicking Fix exit HJT.

    8. Now we need to use ComboFix
    • Make sure that combofix.exe that you downloaded while doing the READ & RUN ME is on your Desktop but Do not run it!
      • If it is not on your Desktop, the below will not work.
    • Also make sure you have shut down all protection software (antivirus, antispyware...etc) or they may get in the way of allowing ComboFix to run properly.
    • If ComboFix tells you it needs to update to a new version, make sure you allow it to update.
    • Open Notepad and copy/paste the text in the below quote box. Ensure you scroll down to select ALL the lines:
    Code:
    KILLALL::

    File::
    c:\windows\Alcmtr.exe
    c:\windows\popcreg.dat
    c:\windows\popcinfot.dat
    c:\windows\system32\giljabiunis.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\antiwpa.dll
    C:\Documents and Settings\Jake.JAKENKANNETTAVA\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\bat135058.bat
    C:\Documents and Settings\Jake.JAKENKANNETTAVA\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\bat195817.bat
    C:\Documents and Settings\Jake.JAKENKANNETTAVA\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\bat202932.bat
    C:\Documents and Settings\Jake.JAKENKANNETTAVA\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\bat204248.bat
    C:\Documents and Settings\Jake.JAKENKANNETTAVA\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\bat220105.bat
    C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\ASR4D2.tmp
    C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\kibl.tmp
    C:\Documents and Settings\Jake.JAKENKANNETTAVA\Local Settings\TEMP\adbF9.tmp
    C:\Documents and Settings\Jake.JAKENKANNETTAVA\Local Settings\TEMP\ih8.tmp
    C:\Documents and Settings\Jake.JAKENKANNETTAVA\Local Settings\TEMP\Kno4.tmp

    Registry::
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\windows]
    "AppInit_DLLs"=""
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB}]

    • Save the above as CFscript.txt and make sure you save it to the same location (should be on your Desktop) as ComboFix.exe
    • At this point, you MUST EXIT ALL BROWSERS NOW before continuing!
    • You should have both the ComboFix.exe and CFScript.txt icons on your Desktop.
    • Now use your mouse to drag CFscript.txt on top of ComboFix.exe

    • Follow the prompts.
    • When it finishes, a log will be produced named c:\combofix.txt
    • I will ask for this log below

    Note:

Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

    9. Also delete all files in the below bold folders except ones from the current date (Windows will not let you delete the files from the current day).

    • C:\WINDOWS\TEMP
    • C:\Documents and Settings\Jake.JAKENKANNETTAVA\Local Settings\TEMP

    10. Now reboot your machine and install the most current and up to date version of Java available here at the below link:

    Java Runtime 6

    11. Run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this and also attach the log from Combofix.

    12. Let us know of any problems you may have encountered with the above instructions and also let me know how things are running now!

    Thanks
    Kes13!

Well, it has the following content:

    Yes.
Well, the sounds aren't still working, the boot is just like before... Next stop, driver check?

    Oh, and the logs :p

Hello there... your next stop will be software forum or wherever appropriate, but we have some things to finish here first:

    1. Please go to Jotti's malware scan

(If more than one file needs scanned they must be done separately and logs posted for each one)
    • Copy the file path in the below Code box:
      Code:
      C:\Supck.sys
    • At the upload site, click once inside the window next to Browse.
    • Press Ctrl+V on the keyboard (both at the same time) to paste the file path into the window.
    • Next click Submit file
    • Your file will possibly be entered into a queue which normally takes less than a minute to clear.
    • This will perform a scan across multiple different virus scanning engines.
    • Important: Wait for all of the scanning engines to complete.
    • Once the scan is finished, Copy and then Paste the link in the address bar into your next reply.

    2. Tidy up your desktop for your own benefit, tidy the C Drive too as that's also chaos.

    Code:
    KILLALL::

    Fcopy::
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ReinstallBackups\0048\DriverFiles\i386\atapi.sys | C:\WINDOWS\ERDNT\cache\atapi.sys

    4. Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this and also attach the log from Combofix.

    Good evening. :)

Your logs look good. Now you can move to other forums again to resolve what issues remain.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no protection. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we used Pocket Killbox during your cleanup, do the below
      • Run Pocket Killbox and select File, Cleanup, Delete All Backups
    3. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /u
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /u, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
    4. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    5. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    6. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    7. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    8. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    9. If you are running Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • Refer to the cleaning procedures in step 3 the READ ME for your Window version and see the instructions to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    10. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
