Think the bad guys got me.

Hi guys,


First time poster here and guess what?,..thats right I am having problems.

I got a new pc a few months ago and all of a sudden yesterday beginning with win/live/messenger connection problems and has gone downhill from there. Anyways I am trying to follow the procedures in the read me first sticky and made it to the part where you begin to run the software. First, ccleaner will not run, even after changing the name it still says not a valid win32app. As well I tried the others and all get some varying response basically denying me the ability to run them. So my obvious question is how can I get the first one to run which would be ccleaner? My computer literacy is maybe average but I will try.

Ok, after alot more reading of help you guys have already given others I am atleast able to load security and cleaning measures again and things seem ok again so mods you can delete/ignore this one.
