ThinkPad X230 Hotkey Drivers

Win7Pro x64 SP1

Have installed all of the relevant keyboard drivers on the Lenovo support site:



Function key commands are all busted save for Fn+F4 (sleep). Volume controls work but produce no on-screen display of the volume level changing, muting, etc. Device Manager sees the following:



Reluctant to uninstall the existing keyboard (requires restart) as I then can't enter a login PW or enter BIOS, or can I? Is that even the right course of action?

Any and all help greatly appreciated.

you probably need
1. Fingerprint Reader
2. HotKey Features Integration
3. Intel Chipset Support
4. Intel Graphics Driver (for the video glitch in your other thread)
5. Intel Management Engine


If it were me, I'd enter the serial number and then let the site post all the drivers for your X230.
