Thoughts on this MOBO/PSU combo...?

I was shopping around and came across this combo. Wasn't planning on using an Intell chip this time but still haven't made up my mind.

 

Looks ok I'd much rather go with an nforce 4 sli chipset due to the amount of features,its the kind of thing I'm looking at building using something like this mobo,but its already getting a little long in the tooth around a year old now
