I have a Tobisha hard drive, which doesn't provide any diagnostic tools apparently. I keep getting BSoDs and they're becoming more frequent, so I think it is my hard drive failing...

Any good software to test this theory? I've already run memtestx86 to make sure it's not RAM.

use windows checkdisk, if the drive failing it will report you.

by the way give us the error code of your BSOD
