    Moved your post from the old one from 2004, as have no idea if you have the same Windows version and as your question is mentioning (quoting) just burning software, if you have the same issues as the original poster in that thread, so some suggestion and questions below to help us help you.

    What Windows version do you have installed + its Service Pack?

    Can use the likes of CDBurnerXP to burn CD/DVDs and ist free from HERE


    If you are having trouble burning CD/DVDs then please mention this and also try this HERE
