toshiba satelite L25- S121

Ok I am a total loss I need to remove the cd / dvd player from this laptop to replace it. I removed the keyboard I removed screws all over but it will not come out. what am I missing?? I looked on there website and it is horrible for support. I paid $149.00 to Toshiba for a replacement drive and I thought I was getting a new one only to find out when it came its a refurb and it came with no front bezel and NO directions. Should just pop out but it doesnt. ANY help would be greatly apprieciated thanks!!!
