Trackpad On Modern Laptops

Are there any modern laptops available with a track pad similar to the one pictured in this topic?

By similar i only mean to where the arrows as pointing

As opposed to scrolling with a mouse wheel i found that the trackpad with this feature moves the moves up and down a lot faster and also side to side.

Currently i see most modern laptops ( like 80% of them) just have 1 giant plain track pad but no buttons

 

On all the laptops I've had with trackpads, those areas could be enabled for scrolling, even if they were not specifically marked. I don't recall one that lacked a scrolling zone.
