Trash won't empty 98 se

    I tried some software for ftp uploading and I didn't like it. Now I'm trying to uninstall it but it won't empty from the trash. Does anyone know the trick for 98se to empty write protected junk from my recycle bin?

    Any help or tricks will be greatly appreciated.

    Got it! It was still running in the background and wouldn't delete. Once I closed it, it deleted fine.

    Are there cases where stuff doesn't delete and is there a trick?
