Trend Micro Anti virus security not working

    Hello
    I posted this question a few weeks ago and did not get any answer please help me. I went through the steps of trying to work the firewall in Microsoft down but it still stop my Trend Micro Anti virus from working
    1) setting--enable program Trend Micro Internet security system ( I am the 3rd computer too)
    2) check the windows security and the button refuse to turn off
    Trend Micro Anti virus would keep shutting off like a fibrilattating heart

    I toasted out the Trend Micro Anti virus security out of frustration. but I do have the serial # on the box

    Am I at a vurnable virus situation Please help....I do not want to get the AIDS virus of the internet world:cry:cry

    You did not post a question in the Malware Forum. You posted in the Software Forum.

    Exactly what is it that you want help with. If you uninstalled TrendMicro and do not have a serial number to reinstall, we cannot help you with that. You will have to call TrendMicro.


    If you want to use other protection, see the below link:
    Microsoft Security Essentials would be a good free choice.
