Trend Micro Pro NEED HELP -Class Action Suit?

I am very frustrated with Trend-Micro Pro. I put it on my son's laptop (Dell 1520-vista basic). For some reason, I was trying to take it off but it will not remove itself. I tried a fix from Trend-Micro and it did not work.

How do I clean this off his computer. It is jamming our home network.

I have Trend-Micro Pro on my desktop (Vista Premium-Dell 530S). It tells me that my firewall is not working but will not allow me to turn it on....

Trend Micro will not respond to emails, their chat will not work and they say their phone support is down.

They are not living up to their part of the "bargain". I paid for tech support. Has anyone considered a class action suit against them?

If it does not work let us know, someone will know how to REALLY get rid of it if this does not.

 

I will look at the site as soon as I can, but I believe it is the one I already tried.

My husband spent the evening manually deleting Trend Micro stuff from the registry. He will be glad to hear there is a faster way.

What is it with Trend Micro??? Is this an ongoing or a temporary issue?
