   Ok, I'm trieing to do this right but can't get the scan started at Trend. It seems in safe mode there is no way to start the scan because something isn't displayed properly. Any hints?

   Are you able to do Safe Mode with Networking? If not, do scan in normal Windows boot.
   
   Personally, I prefer Panda Activescan - Give that a whirl and save the log to attach if you need further assistance down the road.
