trogan downloader.xs and abebot

Hi guys, I seem to have the same problem as another member "ace3i".
My computer has been infected with the "trogandownloader.xs and "abebot".
I have nortan antivirus 2007 and recently downloaded the free AD AWare and Spybot software hoping this would solve my problem..... No luck.
I read the solution for this problem that was posted and was able to complete the first two tasks: Disabling the teatimers and uninstalling the java program. However I am not that computer literate and when it asked me to double click on C:\MGtools\analyse.exe (aka HijackThis)I was completely lost. Where do I find this?
