trojan.bamital!inf - tried your procedure, now stuck on cycling sys restart

So I updated most of my software yesterday, including quicktime, adobe reader, java, and flash player along with my virus definitions on symantec. However, once I finished this and restarted, my computer processor seemed to be working overtime. I looked at my task manager and my winlogin.exe was steadily using up more memory by the second. I tried using your cleaning method, but after it prompted me to restart for malwarebyte -malware remover, and I did, I got stuck on a perpetually running restart process. After clearing through Safeboot, and getting to the windows screen, the computer flashes blue and then simply turns off. And then restarts again, so that I get the safeboot screen again.

What's wrong now?

Unfortunately, my logs are on my infected computer and not saved. Please help, is there anyway to save my computer without having to reformat it?
