Trojan horse downloader.agent.bf

Hello, first post i really need some help

i have reviewed many replies to questions about this virus and each has said to run hijack this. I have done this to save time but am unsure of what to delete. Here is a copy of the HijackThis log. I would be very grateful if someone could have a look and tell me if they can see the immediate problem. Its just its not my PC and i don't want to delete anything belonging to the system.
