Trojan.spyeyes - Windows 10

Hello - I am posting logs from daughter's Windows 10 laptop. She had a phishy pop up about 4 weeks ago, and I suggested she run through the MG Malware guide. All of the logs were clean, so we left it alone. Malwarebytes has since run scans automatically and today came up with a warning for Trojan.SpyEyes.

We ran through the guide again. New logs are attached. For some reason, I am unable to upload the RougeKiller log? I'll try again after creating the thread.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

edit: still unable to post RougeKiller log.

 

I wasn't sure if that was the correct procedure. Will do.
