trojan, virus, didnt show hidden files, external drive and pendrives "unformatted"

hey, yesterday i noticed that when i plugged my external hard drive, it didnt work and the computer said it didnt have format, also i had problems with msn messegner which i fixed by renaming some file i cant remember. then i also noticed that when i selected "show hidden files" these weren't displayed. and finally when i tried to access my local drive i got a blue screen and reboot, same thing happened last time i could open my external drive.
i tried the external drive in 3 other coputers and it worked fine.
i found some strage files like "p.exe", "olhrwef", "cv8j", "autorun.inf","dnsflush.cws" and "win32.rungbu.a" the last 2 were detected by spybot.

after i ran the Xp cleaning procedure the hidden files were hidden, i didnt get any blue screens, but the computer still gives me the same problem with external drives and pendrives. here are the logs

also my external drive got infected, but when i plugged it into another computer, i scanned and cleaned it with eset smart security 4, which did the job, but didnt work on my local drive.

for some reaseon i couldnt find the "edit" button so i'm gonna add some things here...
apparently all the malware's gone since i ran spybot and didnt find anything. Still the external drives and pendrives have the same problem.
second thing: in the first post i wrote that the "hidden files were hidden".. i meant that "the hidden files were SHOWN".
i'd be grateful if you guys could help me out soon since i'm going on holiday tomorrow and wanna leave everything working fine.
