   Hi
   Found both of these on pc while scaning, cant get rid of them even after installing windows 8 .. Is it because they are on my hard drive and will it be secure if I wipe hard drive clean then reinstall windows 8 ?

   That is probably your best bet! Make sure when you reinstall you also re-partition first.
