trouble with video viewing on web

    If i go to any site that has video content .. the vids are choppy and if i scroll down to where i cant view the video i can hear it clean up and run fine.. i scroll back up and its choppy.. WTF?? IM runnin XP and Firefox.. plenty of antispyware stuff.. im runnin clean as far as i can tell. Got AVG Spyware Blaster, Adaware, Spybot S&D
