Troubleshooting Outlook 2003 Latency Issues

Hi All

I'm working in a corporate environment and running issues where outlook 2003 is slow (opening email attachments, navigating through emails etc.) connected to email through an exchange server.

Please keep in mind the network bandwidth may be the probable cause, but I wanted to know if there’s a procedure on diagnosing latency issues related to the network. Therefore we contact our network admin to look into the issue further.

BTW the workaround would be to set cached exchange mode on the client locally, but its unsatisfactory to the end-user.
