    well i used it earlier today and it seemed to help, ive just never heard of it. so should i delete it? (remove it)

    It is not a useful program and reports (as stated in the link) ridiculous false positives which could lead to deleting things that should not be deleted. Also many times they report stuff that does not even exist, just to scare you into buying the product. There are many more useful tools and even free ones that are much better.

    Uninstall it and if you bought it, ask for a refund.
