The App. for the Androde called TuneIn Radio lets you pick up and listen to Radio.

But do you need a Gmail account to use it or download it?

 

Yes, you need a gmail account to aquire apps of the android market place.

 

Can you get the TuneIn Radio App. at another App. place?

Or is it made by Androde?

 

Its not made by android, its made by a company called tunein inc, but to get 95% percent of android apps you need a gmail account. So if for what ever reason your not willing to get one, then you probably wont have much use out of a droid based device.
