[TV Tuner] How to record a tv-show to your pc?

as the thread title states.

1GB RAM
MSI GeForce FX 5700 256MB
Seagate ST3160021A 160GB hdd
Sony DVD-ROM DDU1612 16X

programs used to watch tv on the pc:
CyberLink PowerCinema 2.0

 

there are different capture programs out there, i am not familiar with the 1 your running, but on mine there is a BIG RED DOT!!! if there isn't 1 on yours, you may wanna go download a FREE 1 that has a BIG RED DOT AKA: The Record Button... see what you can find on http://www.google.com

I don't know how well any of them work, because I haven't
used them. But, they are associated with DivX Digest,
which I have downloaded many programs from (VirtualDUB,
etc), and they are always virus free and good programs.

You need Digital Video Recording software, such as Chris TV. They don't list your card explicitly, but they do list several with your chipset.
