[TV Tuner] How to record a tv-show to your pc?

    PC Specs:
    AMD Athlon64 3000+
    MSI K8HTB mobo
    1GB RAM
    MSI GeForce FX 5700 256MB
    Seagate ST3160021A 160GB hdd
    Sony DVD-ROM DDU1612 16X
    Pioneer 8X DVD+/-RW
    Creatix Polymedia SAA7134HL TV Tuner (chip: Philips SAA7134HL)

    programs used to watch tv on the pc:
    CyberLink PowerCinema 2.0

    there are different capture programs out there, i am not familiar with the 1 your running, but on mine there is a BIG RED DOT!!! if there isn't 1 on yours, you may wanna go download a FREE 1 that has a BIG RED DOT AKA: The Record Button... see what you can find on http://www.google.com

    You need Digital Video Recording software, such as Chris TV. They don't list your card explicitly, but they do list several with your chipset.
