   I have followed your guidelines and am hoping you can help me out of this spyware/trojan nightmare. Both my and my kids' computers are infected and I'm hoping maybe once I solve the problems on mine I can use your advice on the kids' computer.
   
   In addition to the scans you recommend under #5 I have also run AVG and Spy Doctor, but still am experiencing a ton of popups. I'm at a loss as to how to proceed from here....
