Unable to click links from mail to open internet sites

This is frustrating! I uninstalled Google Chrome yesterday.. This crap started happening this morning.... I received my emails fine on Outlook 2010. However, when I click on the links so I can go to the different websites, the error attached pops up...!! Anything I can do to troubleshoot? :cry
