   I have about 30 different <cashedsoap id= (bunch diff #'s) temp internet files that I can't delete. When I go to internet options and delete cookies and files all is good. When I go to settings and view files this is where the <cashedsoap id comes up and I can't delete them. How do I get rid of them?
   I have run spybot in safe mode and come up clean and Ad-Aware and registry mechanic, nothing gets rid of these files.

   Try and run our tutorial. An important point there is to run from safe mode, so those files are not in use. Check startup for these files being loaded. After the tutorial has been completely run, then stop back.
