unable to execute

    I'm trying to get rid of online armor, but every time I go to uninstall it, it says "unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted, Error 5: Access is denied."
    any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated
    thanks.

    Hi roschep, you need to make sure online armor is not running at all when you try to uninstall....

    Try uninstalling in safemode if you have any further troubles.

    Have you only just installed it? If so, try rebooting and then uninstalling.

    Are you trying to uninstall as Admin, not just a normal user?
