Unable to remove a program

I downloaded the Avast 7.0 Internet Security program onto my desktop. I am unable to remove it as it states I need permission from the computer's administrator to make changes to this file.

I am the only user on this computer. Under the User accounts section (Windows 7), I see that I am the administrator as well.

 

Do you have an uninstaller for that program? If so, right-click on it and select 'Run as Administrator'.

 

I'm not clear if you have a problem removing it from the desktop or uninstalling it from the computer.
