unable to remove programs

    Complete noob. Having trouble with "system security" software, cannot remove it or the links attached. Dosent appear in the add or remove programs list, and website states the removal option has been disabled. Help me please? :-o

    Not entirely sure what you are trying to uninstall and even if it SHOULD be uninstalled. You'll need to give further details to determine that if you are unsure, such as its full name and what it does etc.
