unable to remove virus called "Trojan.keygen.Q"

    I found a Virus on my system called "Trojan.Keygen.Q" Which I am unable to remove with my Symantec Nortons AntiVirus 2007 Software.
    I did a hijackthis scan and it gave me the following log which I was adviced to post here. The log is as follows:

    If there is a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated and thanks for your time.
