Undesirable programs

Hello, I'm just new to this today and I am desparate for help. The other day I wanted to check out what was happening with Napster and as soon as I opened the website I was greeted with a virus warning. I immediately took action against the virus, but was told by my software - Norton Symantec- that no virus was found. But, now I have crud such as Ezula, N-case, Ebates which put annoying little links on every web page. I have tried to uninstall them but am having little luck. Have any of you heard of these nasty programs? Or know how to get rid of them? Thanks

Hi you might want to try spy bot and adaware
to clean up your nasties

removing n-case

Hi,
I got it too the other day Here's how i got rid of it.
