Uninstall Sheild delux 2007

Can anyone help me unistall sheild delux 2007, when i try to uninstall this message appears, am i am the admistrator of this computer


Error, 1921, Service The Sheild Delux 2007 (AVP) could not be stopped, Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services.

If i take the retry option the same message appears

This annoying version of InstallShield needs a remover from the supplier, Macrovision. It is installed from some new software cds without asking the user.
