uninstalling an operating system

    some of you may remember the problem i had earlier. i got XP back on my computer, but still have 2 versions of XP. During startup, I can choose which one I want to load. How do I uninstall the one I don't want?

    also, i'm not sure if this is related, but my computer is running pretty slow. web pages load fast, but they take a long time to scroll down, and moving windows around on the desktop take a long time too. any ideas?
