Unknown error with users

Here is the problem, whenever I click on users in the control panel this error comes up:



can anyone tell me what the problem is? and how I can go about fixing this? thanx.

 

When you open Control Panel and press User Accounts many times, because it didn't open fast enough, you receive that error.

If you press Yes, or No, the User Accounts dialog opens. To avoid this behavior, don't press User Accounts many times.
