Unreal Tournament 2004 and Voice Stuff

hello all-
i have heard some of the voice packs that you can download from various sites, and are ok. i would like them alot more if they change your actual voice, transforming everything you said into a differnt tone or something along those lines in real time, not pre-recorded. i am just curious as to if there are such things, where they can be found, and how you would go about installing them.
any feedback would be much appreciated.

You can get some good voicepacks from there. The readmes for each file will tell you how to install each one!
